This privacy policy applies to the Geodesic app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by CHENG WEI TUNG (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

1. Information Collection and Use

Geodesic is designed with a privacy-first approach. The Application collects your device's location data to provide its core features, but all location history, visits, and personal data are stored exclusively on your device's local storage. If you enable iCloud synchronization, your data will be securely synced across your devices using your personal Apple iCloud account.

The Service Provider does not collect, transmit, store on its own remote servers, or share your location data. The Service Provider has absolutely no access to your iCloud data; it is secured and managed entirely by Apple.

Local Debug Logging

The Application maintains a local debug log file on your device to assist in troubleshooting and ensuring the reliability of background tracking services. These logs include technical data such as:

These logs are stored locally on your device's filesystem. They are not automatically transmitted to the Service Provider. You may manually view these logs within the Application and choose to share them with the Service Provider for support purposes at your own discretion.

Automatically Collected Information

Since all core operations run entirely on your device, the Application does not automatically collect or transmit telemetry data, IP addresses, device identifiers, or app usage statistics to the Service Provider.

The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your data.
